After School Program

St. Ann School offers after school care (ASP) for students in Kindergarten through Eighth grade. The program provides care from dismissal (12:15 p.m. on half days and 2:30 p.m. on full days) until 5:30 p.m. There is no afterschool program when school is closed or on days that school closes early due to inclement weather or other emergency.  Students absent from school cannot participate in the program on the same day.

 

Cost for the 2010-2011 school year will be $4.70 per hour per student for part-time care. An additional late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for pick-ups after 5:30 p.m. The afterschool fee will be charged monthly to your bank account on the 20th by an automatic ACH transaction.

Families cannot register for the afterschool program if their tuition account from the previous school year is in arrears.

The AfterSchool Program does not operate during Christmas Break, Easter Break, school holidays or on days when there is an unexpected early dismissal. The AfterSchool Program is operated by St. Ann School staff under the direction of the ASP Director. The staff is committed to providing quality care for the children who stay after school. 

Parents must complete a registration form and submit a $20.00 registration fee prior to sending any child to the program. Registration forms are available in the Main Office.

After school staff may be reached on their phone, 771-1810, between 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. This number should only be used in case of an emergency or a change in the day's schedule of which the staff needs to be aware.

A note should be sent to both the classroom teacher and ASP to notify them of the days your child will be attending ASP and also when this schedule is changed.
