Pre-School Info
Thank you for your interest in Saint Ann School. We hope this information will assist you with the registration process and will help answer any questions you may have regarding our Preschool program options. Please feel free to call the school office at 882-8077, with any questions. We will begin accepting Preschool applications for the 2010 - 2011 school year on November 11, 2009.
The following papers/fees need to be returned with your registration:
- Registration Form
- Non Refundable $50.00 Registration Fee
- Copy of Official Birth Certificate (not the hospital issued certificate)
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate (even children baptized at Saint Ann)
- Completed Health Form
- Immunization Record (Immunizations must be up to date-see note below)
- Students for the Pre 3 class must be 3 by Sept 30th; students for the Pre 4 class must be 4 by Sept 30th.
If your child is accepted for the preschool program at Saint Ann School, the Preschool contract will be mailed in March. We are unable to change schedules after the contracts have been distributed so please give much thought to your child’s schedule before this time. The contract will be due two weeks from the mailing date and should be returned with a $100.00 deposit. This deposit is non refundable and is credited towards your tuition. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for contracts not received by the due date. Placement can not be guaranteed or held for contracts received after the due date.
The following papers/fees need to be returned with your contract:
- Signed Contract
- Non Refundable 100.00 deposit
- The Bank Authorization Agreement for Automatic Debits (ACH form) must be completed and returned by all families, even if you plan to pay in full in July.
All preschool students must be toilet trained
