Every school in the Diocese of Trenton uses an electronic student information system which includes student data information, attendance, and grade reporting.  Parents who have students in grades third through eighth grades will have access to this Parent Portal so they may view their student’s course work and progress as well as keep track of attendance.  Parents of children in Preschool through second grade will continue to receive written progress reports.

If you are experiencing any issues with Parent Access, please contact Karen Meagher at or 609-882-8077, ext. 214.  Please do not contact the Diocese for assistance.  Thank you!

NEW for 16-17
A Forgot Password link has now been activated on the Genesis home page.  If you have forgotten your password please click on the link and a temporary password will automatically be sent.  Please allow some time to receive this new password.  PLEASE NOTE – You must wait until you receive your 2016-2017 Welcome email with your new credentials before you try to access Genesis Parent Access.  If you click on the ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ link before the Parent Access has been opened the credentials you receive will not work.

Also new this year, your Welcome email will include instructions on how to install the Parent Access Mobile App to your mobile devices if you are interested in this feature.

Important Facts to Remember

  • Parent Access usually opens a few weeks into the start of the new school year.  When possible, Saint Ann School will post the opening date in the weekly email.  Parents will receive an email from Parent Access which is sent using a Genesis SIS address.  Please remember to check your Spam or Junk Mail folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
  • The Diocese uses the mother’s contact information that is on file with SAS.  No additional contacts may be added.  Your initial email will contain an username and temporary password.  You will be prompted to change your password upon login.
  • Parent Access  is closed as the end of each trimester approaches and will be reopened shortly after the report cards are sent home.
  • Please do not attempt to contact the Diocese directly with questions or password issues.  As a security measure and for the protection and privacy of your children, the Diocese is unable to respond directly to a parent regarding Genesis.  All requests must come through the school so that the Diocese knows they are authentic.

If you are experiencing any issues with Parent Access, please contact Karen Meagher at or 609-882-8077, ext. 214.  If you have a question or concern about your child’s grades or attendance, please contact your child’s teacher.
